TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1°) Definition

 

Nice Shuttle is a transportation company of road passenger transport demand.
The services offered are: transporting people from door to door or from the Nice airport (towards Cannes, Monaco, Saint-Tropez, Saint-Raphaël/Fréjus, Draguignan, Grasse .......), but also to or from the airport Nice more generally transport people from door to covers all destinations.

The reservation of a benefit from the company Nice Shuttle requires that all customers sign up and accept without reservation the general conditions of sale stated below.

 

Nice Shuttle reserves the right at any time to make changes or make updates according to changes in the regulations.

 

 2°) Reservation

 

The reservation is made either by mail or by telephone or by website directly. Once confirmed and paid Nice Airport By Shuttle will issue a written confirmation with all booking details and send it via email. You should check all data in order to satisfy itself of the accuracy of information provided.


On your request, an invoice will be prepared and be sent to you (by mail only).
No delay is necessary to make your booking, however we recommend you do so as soon as possible to guarantee a place in our shuttles.
Unless otherwise agreed, if you have not made your payment (or if you have not provided the guarantee requested when booking) up to 2 days before your transfer, Nice Shuttle reserves the right to cancel your reservation and to have adequate space freed.


The personal information you provide to us when booking and during exchanges of correspondence are exclusively for processing your request. As required by the regulations in force in France, you have a right to access and correct such information, you just have to write us an email or send us a letter by mail to head office address listed above.


When booking an hour of care is provided. However as regards the shared shuttle Nice Shuttle reserves the right to anticipate or delay of at most 1h time management, in which case the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will Under no circumstances withhold (note that for a shuttle to an airport or station on time for baggage check will be respected).If the customers wishes to change his schedule, we will do our utmost to respond positively, but nothing is guaranteed and this is not a valid reason for cancellation since the initial contract has been accepted.


Nice Shuttle will always do its utmost to ensure that vehicles arrive on time for scheduled appointments and drop off customers on time at their destination. However, Nice shuttle accept responsibility for delays caused by external events beyond its control or control.

 

  • Traffic accidents creating delays

  • Traffic accidents blocking all traffic

  • Extreme Weather

  • Controls enforcement

  • Vandalism and Terrorism

  • Contingency Congestion

  • Strikes and / or demonstrations blocking the road

  • Problems caused by other passengers o Any events which may affect passenger safety.

     

3°) Vehicle and Luggage

 

You can take as much baggage at no extra cost as an additional vehicle is not necessary.

 

The vehicles are fully insured to carry passengers, as required by French law. However, even if we handle baggage always with the utmost care, property passengers are carried at their own risk and  Nice Shuttle can in no case be liable for loss or damage. Similarly if you miss one of your baggage, postal redirection costs are your responsibility.

All our vehicles are non smoking and air conditioned.

 

We can put at your disposal and at lower cost car seats and booster seats for your children so that they are traveling in comfort and safely. Thank you for the note when booking.

Also note that in France, the wearing of seat belts is compulsory for all passengers without exception and that drivers can take the initiative not to take the road until all passengers are not belted properly.

 

Nice Shuttle reserves the right, and gives its drivers to refuse vehicle access to any person visibly under the influence of alcohol and / or drugs and whose behavior could be considered a threat to Other passengers and the driver. Passengers are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages in vehicles. There is no smoking in vehicles Nice  Shuttle.

 

4°) Rates


Our rates are freely available on our website.


Prices shown are inclusive of VAT and are all inclusive (no supplement will ask you later unless modified from the original route, extra person undeclared Book, inserted or booster seat and baby ....)


Pets are allowed in our shuttle bus (no extra cost), provided they have undergone a prior declaration when booking and they travel in crates and appropriate under the sole supervision and responsibility of their master.


Payment is due at time of booking.
The regulations are not refundable unless Nice Shuttle must, for reasons beyond its control, cancel the reservation or agrees to cancel and make a refund.


Different means of payment to your disposition sont follows:

 

  • Credit Card 

  • check (for the résidents français and subject to change)

  • species (exceptionally and subject to change)

  • bank transfer


When someone reserves for two or more people, it undertakes on behalf of others and therefore we consider that all the group members also accept the conditions of sale Nice Shuttle.Our rates are freely available on our website.

 

 

5°) Cancellation and amendment

 

Addresses appearing on the confirmation are those of your destination and the place of rendezvous for the transfer. If you wish to modify or change any details, the application must be received by telephone to the central reservation of Nice Shuttle at least three days before the transfer. Changes to a reservation will not be charged unless the point of departure or arrival it was changed.

A reservation can be canceled via email or telephone.

 

If for any reason, you decide to cancel your transfer, the following fees will be retained:

 

 

  • Over 2 days before the transfer date: 5% of the total

  • 2 days before the transfer date: 20% du of the total

  • Before the transfer: no refund.

  • The day of transfer: no refund.

 

 


Responsibility for Nice Shuttle can be incurred if the booked should be canceled, delayed or changed due to the occurrence of either of these events related to the case of force majeure:

 

 

  • Hazardous weather conditions on the road (snow, ice, storms, floods, .....)

  • Climatic conditions including snow and fog would prevent a plane land at the airport planned

  • Traffic disruption (bottling, accident, event ....)

  • For airports and train stations: bomb preventing customer support

  • Including air traffic controllers strike


 

In these cases, no refund is possible, but a postponement of your trip you will be offered to the extent of our availability at no extra charge.


In case of delay (or rout) of your plane, the driver can you expect 1H maximum. After this time we will do our utmost to find an alternative solution (including the ability to take the next shuttle) but we would be responsible for any additional latency that you may be inflicted. If you decide to leave, no refund will be possible and if you paid by cash, your credit card will be charged. If no solution was possible, we would be forced to make you take alternative transport where the cost can not be borne by Nice shuttle.


If for reasons beyond our control, we must make the decision to cancel your transfer, we would take alternative transport. In this case, if you had already paid the full amount of the transfer, we undertake to bear the cost of alternative transport or by paying ourselves to be the provider chosen by reimbursing your credit card the amount paid (only upon presentation of proof). If you have not yet paid your transfer, we pledge to support the excess you would pay from the original tariff that we had set. Obviously, the cost of alternative transportation may not exceed the price charged by taxis "classic" to get to the destination client.

 

6°) Litigation

7°) IP

 

All information published on our website (images, documents, texts, links ....) subject under intellectual property.


Any reproduction or use (in any form whatsoever) without the written consent of Nice shuttle may give rise to criminal penalties.
